Backs - as the light drops these routes will provide some wider, steadier footing until OWWT groomin [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="paragraph">As we move deeper in to fall the routes, like the weather will start to change.<br />Although we still have access to some great single track options, we want the run to be social, fun and accessible to everyone.<br />Rather than plan a route for the entire month, we will start rotating through different options weekly to maintain some variety as our options start to dwindle and winter kicks in.<br /><br />TCT Out &amp; Backs - as the light drops these routes will provide some wider, steadier footing until OWWT grooming season begins.<br /><br />Road &amp; Track - we'll start to add in some neighborhood routes and track options (Franco West track), including a combination of TCT and road.<br /><span><br />Monthly night time trail run - in Oct, Nov &amp; Dec expect to see one week with a fun single track route.&nbsp; Trail shoes and headlamps required, alternate TCT route available.<br /><br />Remote Route Nights - we don't always need to start from the same location; If you miss 'High Line', no worries, go left at the T on the wider 4x4 trail, they will meet up after the hydro cut.<br /></li><li>Take the short, rocky trail north (right) back to the TCT just before the 417 look out (100m),<br /></li><li>Head right on the TCT back west towards the brewery, crossing back over Timm Rd (1400m) and the last section of trail back to the bridge (1000m).&nbsp;</li></ol><br />TCT / Greenbelt Pathway West is winding, wide gravel - road shoes are fine but keep an eye out for bicycle traffic.&nbsp;<br />The other trails noted are a mix of winding packed forest floor with roots and other hazards, as you head towards the hydro cut it becomes rocky with loose rock, gaps and shallow (potentially slippery) puddles.&nbsp;
